"Articulaters" is a collection from internationally recognized artist HVY, who has spent nearly two decades as a pioneer of interactive street art with installations in the US, Europe, Japan, Australia & Russia. An OG of digital art on Superrare, HVY's first Opensea collection comprises 66 unique 1-of-1 pieces and draws from HVY's rich history of merging street art & digital techniques with Southern California skateboard + surf culture into his recognizable style - "analog futurism".
To "articulate" means to express or convey thoughts, ideas through speech, writing, or art. Articulaters speaks to the capacity of art to amplify voices often excluded from expensive communication channels. These pieces are a testament to the street artist's journey of self-expression in public spaces, where identity takes shape on city walls.
